Users

After setting up the organization and configuring Identity Providers, the next step is to onboard users in BOS and assign them appropriate permissions.

Importing Users from Azure AD

In the BOS User configuration page, you can easily import Azure Active Directory users by clicking on the + Import User(s) button. This action allows you to import users directly from your Azure AD into BOS, streamlining the onboarding process. Only the Organization Owner has the permission to add users.

Add Users

On the BOS User configuration page, adding users is effortless with a simple click on the + Add User button. This action seamlessly integrates users into the BOS database, and the newly added user will promptly receive a notification via email. Adding users is a privilege reserved for the Organization Owner exclusively. Additionally, 2FA is enabled by default for BOS login. Upon successful login, a verification code is sent to the user's email. If the code verification is successful, the user will be granted authentication.
